What we do

Your place-based link between employers, job seekers and training.

We work under the Australian Government's Local Jobs Program to strengthen the local labour market across the New England North West.

01

Connect job seekers

We connect people with local job opportunities, training and employment services so they can find work close to home.

02

Support employers

We help businesses find the right people and advise on hiring, workforce planning and accessing government programs.

03

Bring the region together

Our Local Jobs and Skills Taskforce brings community, industry and services together to shape local employment solutions.

How we work

Projects

In our region

Construction On Country

RegionalCollab worked in collaboration with the NSW Department of Education through the Local Jobs Program to strengthen employment pathways across the New England North West by bringing together schools, training providers, and local employers. The partnership focused on improving career awareness, supporting vocational and school-to-work pathways, and aligning education and training opportunities with local workforce needs.

Mobile Connection Hub

Delivered by Community College Northern Inland Incorporated and funded through the Local Jobs Program National Priority Fund. Uses a vehicle-mounted Starlink satellite service to bring secure, free internet access into remote communities across the Moree Plains Shire, alongside digital literacy support and funded digital skills training.
